中國(guo)人(ren)民銀行《金融科技發展規(gui)劃(hua)(2022~2025年》指(zhi)出:運用機器(qi)人(ren)流程(cheng)自動化(RPA)、自然語言處理(li)(NLP)、智能字符識別(ICR)等(deng)智能技(ji)術開展端(duan)到端(duan)數字化流程(cheng)重構(gou),打通部門間(jian)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)阻隔與(yu)流程(cheng)斷點,實現跨(kua)角色、跨(kua)時(shi)序的業(ye)務(wu)(wu)靈活定(ding)制與(yu)編排(pai),打造環節無縫(feng)銜接、信(xin)息實時(shi)交互(hu)、資源協同(tong)高效(xiao)的業(ye)務(wu)(wu)處理(li)模式,更好支(zhi)撐數字化業(ye)務(wu)(wu)發展。
人(ren)(ren)保(bao)財險科(ke)技(ji)運營部自2019年以來探索引入(ru)RPA技(ji)術(shu),打(da)造數(shu)字員工(gong),將大量重復(fu)(fu)且(qie)規(gui)則明(ming)確的業務操(cao)作(zuo)由機器人(ren)(ren)自動執行替代人(ren)(ren)工(gong)操(cao)作(zuo),節省員工(gong)在機械、重復(fu)(fu)、耗時工(gong)作(zuo)上的工(gong)作(zuo)量和(he)時間(jian),使員工(gong)可以從事更有(you)價值(zhi)和(he)創造性(xing)的工(gong)作(zuo),有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)提升運營效(xiao)(xiao)能和(he)人(ren)(ren)力績效(xiao)(xiao)。經過兩年左右的不斷嘗試并積累經驗,2022年,科(ke)技(ji)運營部將數(shu)字員工(gong)平(ping)臺(tai)項目(mu)納入(ru)人(ren)(ren)保(bao)財險“三(san)化”建(jian)設(she)首批項目(mu)清單,通過建(jian)章立制、組(zu)建(jian)CoE(Center of Excellence,一般稱(cheng)卓越中心,負責統籌推動RPA應(ying)用)、深挖場景、打(da)造平(ping)臺(tai)、強化管控、技(ji)術(shu)創新等(deng)舉措,自上而下有(you)組(zu)織地推動RPA系統化、規(gui)范化、規(gui)模化應(ying)用,促(cu)進降本增效(xiao)(xiao),助力公司運營自動化和(he)數(shu)字化轉型。
RPA是(shi)運用智能軟(ruan)件模擬并增強人(ren)與計算(suan)機的交互過程,執行(xing)規(gui)則化、重復性任務(wu)的軟(ruan)件解決方案(an),是(shi)當前金(jin)融科技的熱點。基于RPA技術和工(gong)(gong)具(ju)可以打造具(ju)備真(zhen)實員工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作能力的虛擬化數字員工(gong)(gong)。
RPA具有(you)(you)低成本、非侵入、易擴展(zhan)、跨系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、集中(zhong)管(guan)理(li)(li)和(he)控(kong)制(zhi)等特點和(he)優(you)勢。RPA的(de)開(kai)發周(zhou)期較短,中(zhong)等復(fu)雜度的(de)流程一般僅需要1~2周(zhou)時(shi)間即可(ke)完成開(kai)發并(bing)上線;RPA的(de)部署和(he)使用(yong)無須(xu)改變現有(you)(you)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),對現有(you)(you)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)無侵入性,可(ke)以解決(jue)遺留系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)難(nan)以改造的(de)痛點;RPA可(ke)以快(kuai)速復(fu)制(zhi)和(he)橫向擴展(zhan),有(you)(you)效滿足業務處理(li)(li)規模(mo)快(kuai)速增長的(de)需要;RPA可(ke)以方便地進(jin)行跨系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)操作,自動進(jin)行信(xin)息提取和(he)傳遞,實現系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)互聯和(he)數據集成;RPA支持通過(guo)管(guan)理(li)(li)平臺進(jin)行集中(zhong)部署、調度和(he)監控(kong),實現規模(mo)化應(ying)用(yong),降低管(guan)理(li)(li)成本。RPA的(de)上述獨特優(you)勢使其(qi)在(zai)近兩年快(kuai)速成為金(jin)融科技熱點,吸引了大量的(de)投(tou)資(zi),促進(jin)技術快(kuai)速發展(zhan)并(bing)在(zai)金(jin)融保險行業得到(dao)廣泛應(ying)用(yong)。
2022年2月(yue),由科(ke)技運(yun)(yun)營部牽(qian)頭起草,人保財(cai)險印發了《RPA建設運(yun)(yun)營管理(li)辦(ban)法(試行)》(以下簡(jian)稱《管理(li)辦(ban)法》)和RPA需求(qiu)審核(he)與(yu)后評估、RPA流程設計(ji)開(kai)發、RPA流程運(yun)(yun)行維護三個配套規(gui)范(fan)以及相應的(de)文檔模板。這是人保財(cai)險首次(ci)就RPA建設運(yun)(yun)營發布制(zhi)度(du)規(gui)范(fan),填補了相關領域的(de)空(kong)白(bai)。
《管(guan)理(li)(li)辦法》明(ming)(ming)確(que)了(le)(le)RPA建設(she)(she)(she)和運營(ying)遵循統(tong)籌規(gui)劃(hua)、集(ji)中管(guan)理(li)(li)、高效協同(tong)、規(gui)范合規(gui)原則;明(ming)(ming)確(que)了(le)(le)總部及各分公司(si)、科技部門(men)、業務部門(men)以(yi)及數字化運營(ying)項目組在RPA建設(she)(she)(she)運營(ying)工(gong)(gong)作中的(de)職責;明(ming)(ming)確(que)了(le)(le)RPA從需求管(guan)理(li)(li)、流程設(she)(she)(she)計開(kai)發、發布部署、運行維護以(yi)及后評估的(de)全(quan)(quan)生命周期管(guan)理(li)(li)要求。《管(guan)理(li)(li)辦法》及配套(tao)規(gui)范是開(kai)展RPA建設(she)(she)(she)運營(ying)工(gong)(gong)作的(de)基(ji)本指引,為建立(li)健全(quan)(quan)RPA建設(she)(she)(she)運營(ying)體(ti)系、推(tui)動RPA規(gui)范化應用奠定了(le)(le)良好基(ji)礎。
人(ren)保財(cai)險由(you)科(ke)技運營(ying)(ying)部統籌(chou)管理RPA建設和(he)運營(ying)(ying),各省級(ji)分(fen)公(gong)(gong)司(si)科(ke)技運營(ying)(ying)部負責開(kai)展轄(xia)內RPA需(xu)求的(de)(de)(de)收(shou)集、統籌(chou)和(he)初審(shen),鼓(gu)勵(li)具備自主開(kai)發能力(li)的(de)(de)(de)分(fen)公(gong)(gong)司(si)通過總(zong)分(fen)協同模(mo)式承擔本(ben)(ben)分(fen)公(gong)(gong)司(si)的(de)(de)(de)RPA流(liu)程設計開(kai)發工作(zuo),總(zong)部各部門及(ji)各數(shu)字化運營(ying)(ying)項目組(zu)負責本(ben)(ben)條線RPA需(xu)求的(de)(de)(de)收(shou)集、統籌(chou)和(he)初審(shen),并配(pei)合做好流(liu)程的(de)(de)(de)部署、運維、優化以(yi)及(ji)需(xu)求后評估等工作(zuo)。
依(yi)據上述職責分工(gong),科(ke)技運營(ying)部(bu)牽頭組建(jian)了(le)總(zong)分協同、科(ke)技與業務高效聯動(dong)的RPA建(jian)設與運營(ying)團隊(dui),即(ji)中心式的CoE。團隊(dui)涵蓋總(zong)分公司(si)科(ke)技、業務人員,定期召開項(xiang)目(mu)例會(hui),每月(yue)(yue)編制(zhi)(zhi)并發布(bu)數(shu)字(zi)員工(gong)項(xiang)目(mu)月(yue)(yue)報,舉辦RPA制(zhi)(zhi)度宣(xuan)導與流(liu)程開發技術(shu)培訓(xun),促進相(xiang)互學習借鑒,共同提(ti)升應用成效。
深挖(wa)場景,擴大數(shu)字員工規模范圍(wei)
考慮(lv)到(dao)開發資源、產品(pin)許可(ke)(ke)的數(shu)量有限,為實現更高的投入產出(chu),人保(bao)財(cai)險結合RPA技(ji)術特點,明確(que)RPA需(xu)求準(zhun)入標(biao)準(zhun),要(yao)求需(xu)求應同時滿足以(yi)下五項標(biao)準(zhun)方可(ke)(ke)使用RPA:基于明確(que)的業務規則、大量重復的人工(gong)操作、難以(yi)或(huo)短期無法(fa)通過系統(tong)改造實現、穩(wen)定運行的標(biao)準(zhun)流程,以(yi)及(ji)結構化或(huo)可(ke)(ke)結構化的輸入數(shu)據(ju)。
數字員(yuan)(yuan)工建設運營團隊通過訪談、研討、問卷調查、實地調研、頭腦風暴(bao)、經驗分(fen)享等多種方(fang)式深入挖掘符合(he)上述(shu)標準的(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)場景,同時積極(ji)推動可統(tong)頒應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)流(liu)程的(de)開發(fa)和推廣(guang),持續擴(kuo)大應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)場景規模和覆(fu)蓋(gai)范(fan)圍。截至2022年11月底,人保(bao)財險(xian)(xian)數字員(yuan)(yuan)工已覆(fu)蓋(gai)財務、客(ke)服、車(che)險(xian)(xian)承保(bao)、車(che)險(xian)(xian)理(li)賠(pei)、非車(che)理(li)賠(pei)、農險(xian)(xian)業務等9個領域;惠及車(che)險(xian)(xian)核保(bao)崗(gang)、會計核算崗(gang)、車(che)險(xian)(xian)理(li)算崗(gang)、95518調度崗(gang)、結算制單崗(gang)、農險(xian)(xian)理(li)賠(pei)崗(gang)等31個一線崗(gang)位。
打造(zao)平臺,實現數(shu)字員工統(tong)一管理
人保財險(xian)(xian)科技運(yun)營(ying)(ying)部(bu)自主研發數(shu)字(zi)員工運(yun)營(ying)(ying)管(guan)理(li)(li)平臺,實(shi)現數(shu)字(zi)員工的(de)集中(zhong)統一管(guan)理(li)(li)。平臺具(ju)備RPA產(chan)品許可管(guan)理(li)(li)、流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)狀(zhuang)態管(guan)理(li)(li)、流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)上線審核(he)、流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)監控、流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)審計(ji)等功能。平臺搭建了(le)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)商店,將基礎、通用、可復(fu)用的(de)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)或組(zu)(zu)件進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)封(feng)裝并(bing)上架,促進(jin)(jin)(jin)通用流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)和(he)組(zu)(zu)件共享,減(jian)少(shao)重復(fu)開發。為了(le)更好地(di)計(ji)量統計(ji)數(shu)字(zi)員工的(de)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)效(xiao)能,平臺定(ding)義(yi)了(le)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)效(xiao)能指標并(bing)開發了(le)標準化的(de)計(ji)算模塊(kuai),嵌入各個流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)腳本,一旦流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)即可自動記錄(lu)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)效(xiao)能并(bing)將數(shu)據同(tong)步至(zhi)平臺,并(bing)通過平臺數(shu)字(zi)員工效(xiao)能看板進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)統計(ji)和(he)展示。對(dui)于(yu)集中(zhong)部(bu)署的(de)數(shu)字(zi)員工,人保財險(xian)(xian)開辟專(zhuan)門的(de)辦(ban)公室,由(you)專(zhuan)人進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)統一規(gui)范化管(guan)理(li)(li),集中(zhong)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)調度,實(shi)現機器人資源的(de)合(he)理(li)(li)調配,形成規(gui)模化應用。
強(qiang)化管控,確(que)保數字員工安全(quan)運行
人保財險(xian)采用(yong)(yong)多(duo)種(zhong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)控(kong)舉措,確保數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)合規運(yun)(yun)行。一是加強數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)賬(zhang)號及(ji)權(quan)(quan)(quan)限(xian)(xian)管(guan)理。修(xiu)訂《信息(xi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)賬(zhang)號管(guan)理辦法》,明確定義并(bing)區分(fen)(fen)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)賬(zhang)號和(he)(he)內部(bu)(bu)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)賬(zhang)號,要求為(wei)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)單獨分(fen)(fen)配信息(xi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)賬(zhang)號,參照內部(bu)(bu)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)賬(zhang)號管(guan)理要求進(jin)行申(shen)請、審(shen)核和(he)(he)審(shen)批,并(bing)指定內部(bu)(bu)人員(yuan)(yuan)作為(wei)其賬(zhang)號責任(ren)人。嚴(yan)格(ge)控(kong)制數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)賬(zhang)號權(quan)(quan)(quan)限(xian)(xian),按照“權(quan)(quan)(quan)限(xian)(xian)最小原則”和(he)(he)“職責分(fen)(fen)離原則”分(fen)(fen)配權(quan)(quan)(quan)限(xian)(xian)。二是加強數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據訪(fang)(fang)(fang)問(wen)(wen)和(he)(he)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)交互安(an)全(quan)(quan)管(guan)控(kong)。開展(zhan)流程(cheng)設計架(jia)構評審(shen)和(he)(he)代碼審(shen)查,嚴(yan)格(ge)控(kong)制數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)的數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據訪(fang)(fang)(fang)問(wen)(wen)權(quan)(quan)(quan)限(xian)(xian),禁止數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)直接(jie)訪(fang)(fang)(fang)問(wen)(wen)核心系(xi)統(tong)(tong)接(jie)口和(he)(he)生產數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據庫(ku),嚴(yan)格(ge)控(kong)制數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)發起的系(xi)統(tong)(tong)訪(fang)(fang)(fang)問(wen)(wen)請求頻率,確保不影響系(xi)統(tong)(tong)正常運(yun)(yun)行。三(san)是對數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)運(yun)(yun)行過(guo)程(cheng)進(jin)行全(quan)(quan)程(cheng)監控(kong)和(he)(he)錄屏(ping),記錄運(yun)(yun)行日(ri)志,支(zhi)持異常任(ren)務告警、問(wen)(wen)題定位和(he)(he)事后審(shen)計。
技術(shu)創新,打造智(zhi)能化、服務化員工

2022年(nian)8月13日(ri),在RPA中(zhong)國主(zhu)辦(ban)的“第二屆中(zhong)國RPA+AI開發者大賽”中(zhong),人(ren)保(bao)財險科技(ji)運(yun)營部憑借自主(zhu)開發的作(zuo)品(pin)“基于規則的風險輔助處理流程” 榮獲(huo)優秀技(ji)術創新(xin)獎。

截至(zhi)2022年(nian)11月底,數字(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)平臺已在人保財險總分(fen)公司上線612個RPA流(liu)程,打造(zao)699名數字(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong),涵蓋(gai)總部(bu)及33家(jia)省級(ji)分(fen)公司。2022年(nian)以(yi)來(lai),數字(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)累計運(yun)行(xing)時(shi)(shi)長超過84萬小時(shi)(shi),節約(yue)人工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作量超過356人年(nian),有效(xiao)提升了業務運(yun)營(ying)效(xiao)率和人力效(xiao)能(neng),實(shi)現(xian)降本增效(xiao)。
廣泛應(ying)用的車險(xian)核(he)保機器人。在車(che)險(xian)(xian)(xian)業(ye)務中,存在大(da)量(liang)規則清(qing)晰且(qie)重復(fu)性高(gao)(gao)的核保(bao)(bao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),核保(bao)(bao)處理時需要(yao)操作(zuo)(zuo)多個系統,人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)處理的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)量(liang)、復(fu)雜度(du)、易錯(cuo)程度(du)都較高(gao)(gao),處理的時效性也(ye)不能完全滿足(zu)業(ye)務需要(yao)。針對這一場景(jing),開發(fa)車(che)險(xian)(xian)(xian)核保(bao)(bao)機器人(ren)(ren)輔助人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)處理核保(bao)(bao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),通過RPA融合OCR技術,提(ti)升(sheng)信(xin)息審核速度(du)及準(zhun)確性,輔助人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)快(kuai)速完成核保(bao)(bao)操作(zuo)(zuo),效率提(ti)升(sheng)600%。采用總分(fen)協同模式對數字員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進行集中管理,目前(qian)車(che)險(xian)(xian)(xian)核保(bao)(bao)機器人(ren)(ren)已(yi)在28家省級分(fen)公(gong)(gong)司上線(xian),2022年以來已(yi)累計節約37人(ren)(ren)年工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)量(liang)。其(qi)中,人(ren)(ren)保(bao)(bao)財險(xian)(xian)(xian)福建分(fen)公(gong)(gong)司共上線(xian)9個車(che)險(xian)(xian)(xian)核保(bao)(bao)機器人(ren)(ren),平均每天(tian)處理300單業(ye)務,替(ti)代(dai)7名人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。
集中(zhong)部署的理賠集審照片分(fen)揀(jian)機器人。在(zai)理(li)(li)賠業(ye)務中(zhong),在(zai)線(xian)理(li)(li)賠坐席需要通過集中(zhong)審(shen)核平(ping)臺對(dui)各個渠道上(shang)傳的海量照(zhao)片進(jin)行(xing)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)審(shen)核和(he)分揀(jian)(jian),工(gong)作量大(da),耗費(fei)人(ren)(ren)力成本高。針對(dui)這(zhe)一場景,開發理(li)(li)賠集審(shen)照(zhao)片分揀(jian)(jian)機器人(ren)(ren),通過RPA融合OCR技術對(dui)照(zhao)片關鍵(jian)信息(xi)進(jin)行(xing)自(zi)動(dong)提取和(he)識別,將(jiang)(jiang)識別后的照(zhao)片自(zi)動(dong)分揀(jian)(jian)至對(dui)應目錄,大(da)幅(fu)提升線(xian)上(shang)理(li)(li)賠處理(li)(li)時(shi)效(xiao)。理(li)(li)賠集審(shen)照(zhao)片分揀(jian)(jian)機器人(ren)(ren)自(zi)2021年年底上(shang)線(xian)以來,采用總(zong)部(bu)集中(zhong)部(bu)署的方式(shi),共部(bu)署15名數字員(yuan)工(gong),累計運行(xing)22019小時(shi),節(jie)約人(ren)(ren)力1633人(ren)(ren)天,有效(xiao)提高了(le)分揀(jian)(jian)效(xiao)率和(he)準(zhun)確率,在(zai)為理(li)(li)賠坐席減負(fu)的同時(shi),將(jiang)(jiang)數字員(yuan)工(gong)的處理(li)(li)結(jie)果記錄在(zai)表格中(zhong),每日(ri)交由指定人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)對(dui)結(jie)果進(jin)行(xing)二次檢查,保證流程(cheng)運行(xing)平(ping)穩且(qie)風險可控。

開創數字(zi)員工服務化模式的運維(wei)機器(qi)人。人(ren)保(bao)(bao)財(cai)險(xian)湖(hu)南分(fen)公司(si)科(ke)技(ji)運(yun)營(ying)部率先(xian)提出“數字(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)化(hua)(hua)”理念并(bing)(bing)實現落地,自(zi)主(zhu)開發“小(xiao)(xiao)南同(tong)學(xue)”智(zhi)能運(yun)維(wei)應用(yong)。一(yi)方面(mian)依托(tuo)企業微(wei)信工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺作(zuo)為入(ru)口,接收用(yong)戶以自(zi)然語言方式下達(da)的(de)任(ren)務(wu)(wu)命令并(bing)(bing)轉化(hua)(hua)為數字(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)可以理解的(de)任(ren)務(wu)(wu)消息,另(ling)一(yi)方面(mian)將各類運(yun)維(wei)數字(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)封裝成標(biao)準化(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)以便(bian)調用(yong)。各數字(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)監聽消息,當監聽到歸屬(shu)于自(zi)身(shen)的(de)任(ren)務(wu)(wu)消息時則(ze)自(zi)動執行(xing),并(bing)(bing)將執行(xing)結果返(fan)回“小(xiao)(xiao)南同(tong)學(xue)”前端并(bing)(bing)反饋用(yong)戶。“小(xiao)(xiao)南同(tong)學(xue)”將日常運(yun)維(wei)中的(de)重復工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)交給(gei)數字(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)自(zi)動解決,如車(che)險(xian)投保(bao)(bao)預確認、重新轉保(bao)(bao)單、電子保(bao)(bao)單重發等,實現運(yun)維(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)智(zhi)能化(hua)(hua)自(zi)執行(xing),并(bing)(bing)將數字(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)調用(yong)無縫融入(ru)運(yun)維(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)場景(jing),支持(chi)數字(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)自(zi)定(ding)義擴(kuo)展和(he)快(kuai)速(su)接入(ru),實現“數字(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)化(hua)(hua)”模式。人(ren)保(bao)(bao)財(cai)險(xian)科(ke)技(ji)運(yun)營(ying)部基于湖(hu)南分(fen)公司(si)創新探索,打造統頒“人(ren)保(bao)(bao)小(xiao)(xiao)智(zhi)”智(zhi)能運(yun)維(wei)應用(yong)并(bing)(bing)進行(xing)全國推(tui)廣。
